At PrintCraftStudio, each product is custom-made to meet your unique expectations. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Customized Products
Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Defects or Errors
If your order is defective or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days at printcraftstudio25@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or error
Once validated, we will offer:
A free replacement OR
A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Customized Products
For non-customized items (if applicable):
- You have 14 days to request a return or exchange.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the mistake was ours.
Order Details Errors
Please double-check your order details before placing it. We are not responsible for mistakes in personalized text or incorrect design selection made by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellation is no longer possible once production begins.
